MEP Modeler

• Prepared & develop detailed MEP models & drawings, calculations and specifications for (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & fire protection) using Revit & AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architect & structural drawings and other discipline ensure coordination across all services.
• Ensure MEP design comply with international HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems as per international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, BS, etc.) and project requirement.
• Conduct load calculations, equipment sizing, duct & pipe layout, lighting and power layout and circuiting.
• Good understanding of international building codes and standards.
• Ensure models are compliant with relevant codes, project standards, and client requirements.
• Attend coordination meetings and contribute to resolving design/interface issues.
• Implement BIM Execution Plans and maintain model integrity throughout project life cycle.
• Maintain documentation, file management, and model integrity throughout the project life-cycle.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or international projects (UK, US, etc.) is advantageous.
• Ability to lead Jr. MEP Modeler team.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in MEP design and BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with MEP design calculation software such as HAP, DIALux, Elite, or similar tools is a plus.
• Good understanding of international building codes and standards.
• Ability to review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or international projects (UK, USA, etc.) is advantageous.

• Perform Scan to BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit.
• Work with point cloud data and convert it into accurate BIM models.
• Utilize CloudWorks and Cyclone software for point cloud processing and integration.
• Create and manage Revit families, including LOD-based components.
• Independently handle BIM projects from setup to delivery.
• Establish and maintain client-specific drafting standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
• Hands-on experience with CloudWorks software.
• Strong understanding of Point Cloud to BIM workflows.
• Ability to create and manage LOD-based Revit families.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Scan to BIM projects.
• Educational background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (BE/Diploma)
