As a MEP Modeller at Pencildezign Architects, you will be part of a team that is passionate and skilled in Electrical and Mechanical design & layout preparations in both 2D and 3D environments. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Electrical design & layout (2D & 3D) for projects as per requirements - Execute Plumbing design & layout (2D & 3D) for various assignments Qualifications Required: - B.Tech. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree - Minimum 2-4 years of experience is preferred - Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks - Strong understanding of MEP coordination & BIM workflows You will be based at Hilite Business Park, Calicut, working full-time from Monday to Friday.
