Job Description

· Create and maintain detailed electrical BIM models for power, lighting, backup, and safety systems in data centers. · Prepare and update accurate 3D MEP models (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) for data center infrastructure using Revit or similar BIM tools. · Develop detailed 3D mechanical models for data center HVAC, piping, and fire protection systems. · Coordinate the creation, development, and integration of MEP models for data center projects; manage project-wide BIM standards. · Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure compliance with standards. · Assist with troubleshooting, design changes, and documentation. · Requirements: Diploma/degree in electrical engineering, 4–7 years’ experience with at least 1 year in data center roles.
