Position: Business Development Trainee Location: Mohali (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Friday Qualification: MBA/BBA in Marketing, Business Development, or related field/Any Graduate Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the AEC industry. Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and client requirements. Support client acquisition by reaching out via calls, emails, and networking platforms. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and reports. Maintain CRM records and track client interactions. Assist in digital marketing, lead generation, and promotional activities. Support in organizing webinars, workshops, and client meetings.
