Position: HR Trainee Location: Mohali (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Friday Qualification: MBA/BBA in HR or relevant field Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, MS Excel proficiency, data management, and interest in recruitment Key Responsibilities 🔸 Recruitment Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates Coordinating interviews and follow-ups Maintaining recruitment records and databases Supporting campus drives and hiring campaigns 🔸 Generalist HR Activities Assisting in onboarding and induction process Maintaining employee records and HR documentation Supporting employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations Training Structure Phase 1: First 3 Months – Training (Free Training) Focus Areas: Recruitment Lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding Data Handling – Excel-based reporting, candidate trackers, and HR records Mentorship and training from HR professionals Phase 2: Next 3 Months – Paid Training Stipend: ₹8,000/month Real-time execution of recruitment and HR data management tasks Post Training – Full-Time Opportunity (Based on Performance Evaluation) Grade A: ₹16,000/month Grade B: ₹15,500/month Grade C: ₹14,000/month A 15-month agreement applies starting from the 4th month of training Candidates must bring their own laptop for the training duration
