Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain company healthcare services (OPD & IPD). Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into active users/patients. Provide detailed information about membership plans, benefits, and service offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems. Follow up on leads, handle customer objections, and ensure high conversion rates. Coordinate with internal medical and operations teams to support patient onboarding. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Ensure excellent customer experience through proactive communication and problem-solving.
