Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating prospects on our service offerings, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with business development and operations teams to onboard healthcare partners and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through calls, emails, and digital outreach.
  • Present Smart OPD 24/7’s healthcare service offerings to potential clients in a clear, technical, and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and corporate healthcare partners.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with the operations team to deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations for prospective clients.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and close deals.
  • Support end-to-end onboarding of partners and ensure smooth handover to operations.
  • Stay updated on company products, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in team discussions, review meetings, and performance assessments.
