Internal Coordination Collaborate with academic, logistics, training, and sales teams for smooth execution of post-sales activities. Assist the operations team with data validation and documentation. Support the training team in scheduling and feedback collection. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in after-sales support, client servicing, or operations (experience in EdTech or education sector preferred).
