Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job description

The candidate should have strong knowledge group accounts & finance, all accounting compliances, strong dealing with banks for finance. Male candidates preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
• Providing strategic recommendations to the MD and members of the executive management team.
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners Reviewing all formal finance related procedures.
• Responsible for overall financial controls of the group including Budgeting, accounting, MIS, Compliance and Taxation.
• Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
• Execute the financial strategy of the company.
• Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
• Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner.
• Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained.
• Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments
• Should be well versed with import and export policies

Qualifications:

CMA/CA

• Familiarity with financial law and regulations
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
