Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

10 plus years of handson experience in Land Development & Survey Design & Drafting.

Lead a team of CAD Engineers ensuring smooth workflow and even distribution of workload. Act as a the interface between top management and operations team, effectively conveying decisions from the top management to the team.

Work closely with Team Leads, Sr. Engineers to ensure assigned tasks are on track with respect to clients expectations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Expertise in CAD software

Experience working with international clients, especially US based clients is mandatory.

Land Survey Drawings:

Proficiency in CAD drawings for Boundary Location Surveys, Topographic Surveys, As-Built Surveys, Utility Surveys, ALTA & Title Surveys.

Proficiency in Land development design and drawings:
Layout creation as per city and county standards.
Preliminary and construction set creation, including sheet setup and production.
Roadway and intersection design, including corridor modeling.
ADA ramp design and compliance review.
Gravity and pressure pipe network design.
Conflict resolution with other service departments and utility
coordination.
Earthwork quantity calculations and site grading (residential and commercial).
Vehicle tracking analysis for intersection turning radii.
Preparation of record drawings and as-built documentation.
Pond and swale design including level/invert calculations and grading optimization.
