The Business Development Manager at Akriti Ophthalmic Pvt Ltd will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires expertise in medical device marketing, ophthalmic product distribution, and regenerative medicine solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, market expansion, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in ophthalmic implants, amniotic membrane applications, and wound care solutions. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with distributors, hospitals, clinics, and research institutions. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase product adoption and market share. Industry Networking: Represent Akriti Ophthalmic at conferences, trade shows, and professional events. Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Product Positioning: Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to refine product messaging and branding. Customer Engagement: Provide technical support and product education to healthcare professionals. Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, generate reports, and optimize business strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in medical devices or ophthalmic care. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of ophthalmic implants, amniotic membranes, and regenerative medicine applications. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term growth strategies. Communication & Negotiation: Strong ability to engage with healthcare professionals, distributors, and stakeholders.
