The Business Development Manager at Akriti Ophthalmic Pvt Ltd will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Industry Networking: Represent Akriti Ophthalmic at conferences, trade shows, and professional events. Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Product Positioning: Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to refine product messaging and branding. Customer Engagement: Provide technical support and product education to healthcare professionals. Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, generate reports, and optimize business strategies. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in medical devices or ophthalmic care. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of ophthalmic implants, amniotic membranes, and regenerative medicine applications. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term growth strategies.
