Job Description

As a Business Development Manager in Mumbai, Andheri (West), your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue and enhance exhibitor participation in our diverse portfolio of trade shows and events within the exhibitions industry. You will be entrusted with managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and the establishment of enduring client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include proactively generating B2B sales leads and securing new business opportunities through various channels such as face-to-face meetings, networking, and industry events. You will also be expected to effectively communicate the value proposition of ABEC's exhibitions to potential exhibitors and encourage them to secure prime booth space. Furthermore, your role will involve negotiating contracts, pricing, and booth packages with clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements. Building and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and potential clients will be crucial in this role. By understanding their needs and surpassing their expectations, you will contribute to the long-term success of the business. Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and target market insights will be essential for informing sales strategies. Additionally, you will be required to prepare precise sales reports, analyze data to monitor performance, and identify areas for enhancement. To qualify for this position, you should possess a minimum of 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably within the exhibition industry or a related field. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must, as you will be expected to confidently engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to drive business growth.,
