Head Admissions: Euro and Billabong School

REPORTS TO

Principal

ROLE SUMMARY – The role of the Head - Admissions shall be responsible for admission process for the school. Manage the process of admission right form the point of a walk-in or telephonic enquiry to the final admission.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities of the Head - Admissions will be:

● Manage the process of admission right form the point of a walk-in or telephonic enquiry to the final admission

● Develop a team of two or more Admission counselors as required, discovery guide and supporting ancillary staff

● Prepare Admission folders, separately for the Pre-school section and the BBH section, for the use of the Admission counselors: this will contain the following:

⮚ Basic information about the school philosophy.

⮚ Information about the infrastructure and other facilities at the school.

⮚ Affiliation with the board: why we have selected a particular board achieved or applied or plan to apply.

⮚ Advantages of the chosen education board to the students.

⮚ How we adapt the board guidelines t our system and make it more valuable as compared to any other school that just TEACHES the course.

⮚ Our achievements as a company, school, students.

⮚ Brief profile of: Lina, Principal, main teaching staff.
