Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (Sales) based in Kolkata and Pune, you will have the following responsibilities: - Minimum work experience of 4-5 years, preferably in the automobile/ ancillary industry. - Graduate with good written and communication skills. - Must possess a 2-wheeler for commute. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales and marketing operations to achieve increased sales and maximize profit in the assigned territory. - Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development. - Formulate and devise competitive selling programs/strategies to improve product awareness and enhance business growth. - Manage customer centric operations and ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms. - Address clients' concerns and complaints effectively. - Interact with customers to gather feedback on product utilities. - Maintain cordial relations with customers to sustain business profitability. Responsibilities: - Acquire new clients and ensure continuous business from them. - Manage relationships with existing accounts and drive business growth. - Identify and penetrate potential new business/customers to develop new accounts. - Provide alternative solutions proposals focused on customer needs. - Update customers regularly on new products/services/business offerings. - Identify and prioritize prospects and finalize orders through negotiations. - Ensure proper execution of orders, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Handle client objections and grievances effectively. Additional Details: - Self-motivated to achieve defined targets and keep customers happy for repeat business. - Facilitate coordination between sales, support, and development teams for smooth order execution. - Generate additional and new revenues from existing customers by providing new enhancements. - Develop relations with top corporate authorities. - Manage tenders from prospective clients. - Keep track of competitors' activities in the assigned territory and update the organization accordingly.
