Job Description

Role Overview: As the Admin Manager at BHIS Mulund, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of all schools, overseeing administrative duties including infrastructure to ensure a safe environment as well as to plan, forecast, and budget in accordance with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day Administrative activities related to school operations. - Requisitions for Curriculum Support and inventory of the same for the Primary, Middle, and Senior School and effectively manage the same within set timelines. - Ensure that all day-to-day updates with records on Student and staff data, Circulars, School events, tests, examinations, trips, etc. - Establish quality standards of checks on various services to School such as Transport, Catering, Security, Uniforms & those affecting the domains of Schools Teaching & Learning and Safety of the School environment. - Ensure timely and appropriate arrangements for any training program, workshop, field trip, SPA, Sports day, Annual concert, Field trip, Consent form, Risk Assessment format and any other special day. - Create a cooperative school-parent relationship by enhancing the school Image through effective and courteous Interaction and a positive issue-resolving attitude. - Ensure that all the day-to-day issues related to external vendors and agencies are resolved within the time frame for the smooth and effective functioning of the school. - Regular MIS is presented to the Principal. - Plan a functional-MBWA (Management by walking around) with the Vice-Principal and the Principal. - All urgent and important issues are brought to the notice of the Principal immediately. - Contribute to the company's values being understood, accepted, and practiced. - Undertake other duties as directed by the Principal. Qualifications Required: Essential: - Business degree - 5-8 years of experience, at least 2 years of which should be in the education industry.
