Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager, located in Lucknow. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include negotiating contracts, coordinating with different departments to ensure customer needs are met, and providing regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies

Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Experience in conducting market research and identifying market trends

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience in the service industry is a plus
