Role Summary: We’re seeking a Sales Specialist who is aggressive, strategic, and fluent in sales — someone who can own the revenue pipeline and convert qualified leads into long-term retainers. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales , preferably in digital marketing, and is highly skilled in client communication, stakeholder management, and internal team coordination . Key Responsibilities: Drive the complete sales lifecycle – from lead generation and outreach to deal closure. Pitch digital/performance marketing services to B2B and B2C clients. Manage and grow existing retainer accounts , ensuring continuous upselling and client satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (Creative, Paid Media, Strategy) to align deliverables with client expectations. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers . Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and follow-ups to accelerate conversions. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with a focus on high-ticket client acquisition. Track pipeline progress using CRM tools and report weekly performance updates to leadership. Candidate Profile: Minimum 2+ years in sales with proven success in both B2B and B2C environments . Prior experience in selling digital marketing/performance marketing services is a strong advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills ; fluent in client handling and consultative selling. Strong stakeholder management capabilities and ability to align internal execution with client goals. A “closer” with a hunter mentality – driven by targets and business outcomes.
