Sales Business Development

In this role at NICHEM Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying target customers and their business potential for Home and Personal Care (HPC) products. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads for new business development, promoting company products and solutions to prospective customers, meeting defined sales revenue and profitability objectives, identifying new market trends and sales opportunities, managing channel partners, and conducting technical, product, and application training for them. Additionally, you will be involved in resolving customer and channel partner complaints regarding sales and service, as well as representing the company at trade shows, expos, and association meetings to promote products. Qualifications required for this role include analytical skills, excellent communication skills, lead generation skills, market research skills, customer service skills, relevant experience in sales and business development, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, and experience in the chemical industry would be a plus.
