As a Sales and Business Development Representative at NICHEM Solutions, your role involves identifying target customers and their business potential for Home and Personal Care (HPC) products. You will be responsible for generating leads for new business development, promoting company products and solutions to prospective customers, and meeting the defined sales revenue and profitability objectives. Your tasks also include identifying new market trends, sales opportunities, and business potential, as well as communicating these to management. Additionally, you will manage channel partners, drive revenue objectives from them, and meet their technical, product, and application training needs. Facilitating the resolution of customer and channel partner complaints regarding sales and service will be part of your responsibilities. You will also represent the company at trade shows, expos, association meetings, etc., to promote products.
