Role Description This is a full-time role for a Research and Development Chemist, located on-site in Thane. The Research and Development Chemist will be responsible for conducting research and development activities, performing laboratory experiments, analyzing data, and preparing technical reports. Other responsibilities include developing new products and formulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance product development initiatives. Responsibilities Method development of raw materials & finished materials for NICHEM products. Carry out R&D works, making formulations, stability & performance tests, sample preparations for Water purification related products. Calibration of instruments, maintain data for calibration done. Coordinating with external labs for testing. Carry out the life testing and generating the test data for the products. To provide necessary technical details for preparation of TDS, MSDS and other technical documents. Maintaining all the documents in the required formats. Preparation for audits. Qualifications Good hands-on experience on Analytical instruments Analytical Skills, Laboratory Skills Experience in Research and Development (R&D) Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience in the chemical industry is a plus Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry Experience: 1 -2 Years Show more Show less
