About the Role

Business Development Executives

You will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring clients, maintaining relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through effective communication and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through various channels.

• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and online platforms to engage prospective clients.

• Pitch services and solutions effectively to potential customers.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing business.

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable offerings.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and service fulfillment.

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and performance milestones.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline updates.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to work with goals and deliver under timelines.

• Proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
