Job Description

Location: Remote Experience Required: 2 years in B2C lead generation. Employment Type: Full-Time Working days- 6 Timings- 11 am to 8:15 pm Immediate joiners preferred. Experience in the EdTech industry is highly desirable. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Team Lead to spearhead our B2C outreach initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition through strategic planning, team leadership, and effective collaboration with marketing and sales departments. Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–8 Lead Generation Executives or Inside Sales Representatives. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and continuous feedback Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive B2C customer acquisition. Utilize multi-channel outreach methods, including email, phone calls, and social media platforms. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and messaging for optimal lead quality. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, response rates, and lead quality. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' product knowledge and sales techniques. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years in lead generation or inside sales within the B2C Ed-Tech sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management tools. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Ed-Tech industry, particularly in B2C sales. Knowledge of lead scoring methodologies and customer segmentation.
