Role Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, highly presentable Female Sales Representative with strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Digital Growth Strategies, and a solid understanding of the Healthcare & Medical industry.


She will act as a consultative sales expert who talks to doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals, understands their challenges, and guides them with the right digital solutions — branding, automation, lead generation, and marketing systems.


The goal is to build trust, nurture leads, and convert inquiries into sales through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & Conversion

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to healthcare prospects.
  • Understand their business, pain points, psychology, and digital needs.
  • Offer correct digital growth solutions (branding, website, automation, lead-generation, marketing).
  • Convert qualified leads into paying clients with confidence.

2. Consultative Selling

  • Act like a mini-consultant for doctors and healthcare owners.
  • Diagnose their digital issues and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Handle objections smartly and guide them through the decision process.

3. Communication & Presentation

  • Deliver professional, powerful telephonic conversations.
  • Maintain a confident, warm, trustworthy tone.
  • Present Dreamsdesign’s services in a clear, compelling way.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build ongoing relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Understand healthcare business cycles, seasonal demands, and doctor psychology.
  • Follow up consistently and maintain CRM notes.

5. Digital Knowledge Requirements

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Digital marketing basics
  • Branding and website needs of doctors
  • Social media & SEO
  • Lead generation funnels
  • Automation, CRM, patient acquisition
  • Ability to explain complex digital terms in simple language to medical professionals.


Required Background Industry

  • Must have experience in 

    medical, healthcare, wellness, or hospital industry

    .
  • Understanding of doctors' mindset, clinic workflow, patient psychology.

  • Good presentation & grooming
  • Strong follow-up discipline
  • Good English + Hindi/Gujarati speaking skills

Preferred

  • Experience with digital marketing agencies or healthcare marketing
  • Worked with doctors / clinics previously
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels


Salary Range

(You can finalize)

₹25,000 – ₹55,000 + incentives

(High incentives based on sales performance)
