Role Overview

You’ll lead end-to-end sales conversations, understand learner needs, pitch the right programs, and convert leads into paying customers. The job calls for strong communication skills, patience, and a consistent, target-focused mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with potential learners and understand their goals
• Present program details and guide them through the decision-making process
• Follow up regularly to close sales
• Meet monthly revenue and conversion targets
• Keep track of interactions and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with the BD team to improve conversions

Who Can Apply

• Experience: 1–4 years with a minimum of 1 year of experience in EdTech
• Age limit: up to 29 years
• Must have B2C experience (mandatory)
• Should have sold products to working professionals and/or students
• EdTech experience preferred
