Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Business Development professional, located in Gurugram. The role entails identifying and developing new business opportunities through lead generation and managing client relationships. The candidate will conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, manage customer needs, build and maintain a client database, and work on achieving company sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging in client outreach, negotiating contracts, and ensuring an excellent standard of customer service.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and sustaining relationships with clients
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess market trends and develop strategic approaches

• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent field is preferred
