Drive revenue targets and meet monthly sales goals for the region
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and B2B leads
Monitor performance of sales executives and support their growth
Oversee daily operations including logistics, fulfillment, and support
Coordinate with central teams for inventory, dispatch, and service issues
Ensure SOPs are followed and local compliance is maintained
Resolve operational bottlenecks and customer escalations efficiently
Hire, train, and manage on-ground sales and ops staff
Set goals, review KPIs, and maintain high team morale
Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and growth
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, revenue, and operations
Analyze sales data and suggest improvement strategies
Provide regular updates to senior leadership
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on experience with sales CRM tools and operational dashboards
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Familiarity with local market dynamics in Jaipur and surrounding areas
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or related field
MBA is a plus but not mandatory
