Sales and Operation Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Operation Manager located in Coimbatore. The Sales and Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating everyday operations to ensure organizational efficiency. Tasks include managing sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data to improve performance, and coordinating between different departments. This role also involves developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and handling customer service interactions.

• Experience in Operations Management to ensure seamless operations
• Exceptional Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
