🔑 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

• Drive

  end-to-end sales

  for IT and digital services.
• Support the CEO in

  lead generation and business development

  activities.
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Identify new client opportunities and verticals for revenue growth.

Marketing & Operations

• Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns.
• Prepare compelling

  presentations, pitch decks, and structured sales proposals

  .
• Monitor and enhance team productivity, workflow, and data accuracy in operations.
• Help optimize internal processes using technology and automation.

✅ What We're Looking For (Required)

• 2+ years of proven experience

  in sales, lead generation, or business development (

  startup or digital environment preferred

  ).

• Ability to create proposals, decks, and structured sales materials

  .
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation and pitching abilities.
• Basic understanding of

  web, digital, and software technologies

  .
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Exposure to tools like
