Key Responsibilities

Client-Focused Website Design (Primary - 80%)

• Design responsive websites

  for diverse clients across industries (corporate, e-commerce, portfolios, landing pages, business websites)

• Create client-ready deliverables

  : wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and pixel-perfect final designs for web development

• Handle multiple client projects simultaneously

  with varying timelines and requirements

• Present and iterate designs

  based on direct client feedback and revision cycles

• Design conversion-focused elements

  : landing pages, lead capture forms, call-to-action sections, and sales funnels

AI-Enhanced Design Workflow

• Leverage AI & Automation Tools (Galileo AI, Uizard, Figma AI plugins, DALL-E, Lovable, Bolt) to

  accelerate client project delivery

• Use AI tools for rapid ideation, asset creation, and design variations for client presentations

Client Collaboration & Project Management

• Work directly with clients

  to understand business objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences
• Collaborate with account managers and developers to ensure seamless project execution
• Deliver comprehensive design systems and UI kits optimized for web development handoff
• Conduct user research and usability testing

  specific to client websites and their target users

Mandatory Requirements

Experience Background

• Minimum 1 years in SERVICE-BASED companies/agencies

  (NOT product companies)

• Primary portfolio focus on WEBSITE design

  (minimum 70% of portfolio should be websites)
• Experience managing

  multiple client projects simultaneously

• Proven track record of

  client-facing design presentations and revisions

Technical Skills - Web-First

• Expert-level proficiency in responsive web design

  principles and best practices
• Strong understanding of

  web development constraints and possibilities

• Experience with

  conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  and landing page design
• Knowledge of

  web accessibility standards (WCAG)

  and SEO-friendly design practices
• Proficiency in design tools:

  Figma (primary), Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch

AI Tools Proficiency

• Must demonstrate current usage

  of AI design tools (Galileo AI, Uizard, Figma AI plugins, DALL-E, etc.)
• Ability to leverage AI for rapid prototyping and asset generation
• Experience in AI-assisted user research and testing methodologies
