Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Operation Manager located in Coimbatore. The Sales and Operation Manager will oversee daily operations, manage sales activities, and ensure smooth coordination between sales and operational teams. Responsibilities include analyzing data to optimize operational processes, implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, overseeing team performance, and ensuring efficient communication between departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Operations Management with strong Analytical Skills to monitor, evaluate, and improve processes
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
• Proven expertise in Customer Service and building strategies to ensure high Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in leading and managing teams effectively
• Problem-solving aptitude and result-driven approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
