🎯 About the Role

IT and digital services, including digital marketing, SEO, mobile/web app development, and custom software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling IT or digital solutions, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation

• Drive end-to-end sales for IT and digital services.
• Support the CEO in lead generation and business development activities.
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Identify new client opportunities and verticals for revenue growth.

Marketing & Operations

• Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns.
• Prepare compelling presentations, pitch decks, and structured sales proposals.
• Monitor and enhance team productivity, workflow, and data accuracy in operations.
• Help optimize internal processes using technology and automation.

✅ What We're Looking For (Required)

• 2+ years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (startup or digital environment preferred).
• Ability to create proposals, decks, and structured sales materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation and pitching abilities.
• Basic understanding of web, digital, and software technologies.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

🔥 Bonus Points (A Big Plus!)

• Exposure to tools like ChatGPT, Make.com, Framer AI, Midjourney, or similar digital/AI platforms.
• Self-learner, curious, result-oriented, and a go-getter with a strong sense of ownership.
