Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive – Oracle Cloud & Software Solutions
Location: RemoteExperience Level: 2 - 3 YearsDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to accelerate growth across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle software product lines. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with at least 2 years of experience in technology sales, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in building strategic relationships with Oracle channel partners and internal Oracle sales teams.Key Responsibilities• Drive Sales Growth: Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for Oracle OCI and software products across targeted verticals and geographies.• Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Oracle channel partners, resellers, and distributors to expand market reach and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.• Collaborate with Oracle Reps: Work closely with Oracle field sales teams to align on territory plans, co-sell strategies, and pipeline development.• Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts, upsell existing customers, and expand product adoption.• Solution Positioning: Articulate the value proposition of Oracle’s cloud and software offerings to technical and business stakeholders.• Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Oracle product updates to inform sales strategy.• Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast projections using CRM tools.Qualifications• Minimum 2 years of experience in technology sales, preferably with exposure to cloud infrastructure or enterprise software.• Proven ability to work with channel partners and navigate complex sales cycles.• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle’s software portfolio is a plus.• Exceptional communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.• Self-starter with a hunter mentality, capable of working independently and collaboratively.• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo) and sales enablement tools.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.What We Offer• Competitive industrial salary • Opportunities for professional growth and Oracle certifications• Collaborative and innovative work culture• Access to cutting-edge cloud technologies and enterprise solutions
