Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the Asian market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in workforce management, staffing, EOR/PEO services, or HR outsourcing . This role requires someone who can independently generate leads, build strong relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within India for workforce management and EOR services. Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, networking, and industry-specific platforms. Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting, pitching, proposal preparation, and negotiation to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate HR teams. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular performance reports. Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with all leads. Key Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within: Workforce management Staffing / recruitment HR outsourcing EOR / PEO or contractor management Strong understanding of India’s HR, contracting, and compliance landscape. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing sales independently. Existing corporate network is an added advantage.
