Role Overview:

Sales & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within India for workforce management and EOR services.
• Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting, pitching, proposal preparation, and negotiation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate HR teams.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular performance reports.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with all leads.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum

  3–5 years of experience

  in business development or sales within:
• Workforce management
• Staffing / recruitment
• HR outsourcing
• EOR / PEO or contractor management
• Strong understanding of India’s HR, contracting, and compliance landscape.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing sales independently.
• Existing corporate network is an added advantage.
• Experience in using MS Excel
