Junior Business Development Executive – Qualifications (Junior Level)

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), BBA, BCOM or MBA (Marketing)
• Freshers or 0–2 years of experience
• Basic understanding of patents, trademarks, and IP services preferred
• Good communication & email drafting skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and online research
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Coordination

• Assist in responding to client inquiries through email and phone
• Forward client queries to Attorneys/BD Manager
• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients

Patent & Trademark Data Support

• Collect international patent filing data, deadlines, and procedural information
• Maintain IP data sheets and update internal records
• Support attorneys with basic documentation and follow-up

Business Development Assistance

• Help prepare proposals, quotations, and simple presentations
• Assist senior BD executives with follow-up and lead tracking
• Maintain enquiry registers and client database
• Support in planning IP awareness events, webinars, and university programs

Marketing & Documentation

• Share brochures, service details, and marketing materials with clients
• Assist in preparing basic marketing emails/newsletters
• Support LinkedIn updates for the firm

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with the Patent, Trademark, Accounts, and Operations teams
• Maintain daily activity reports and CRM/Excel entries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
