Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales and Business Development Executive located in Pune, Maharashtra. The role is a techno-commercial role, where the candidate is responsible for generating revenue from existing and new clients. The selected individual will submit quotations, secure orders, manage projects effectively, ensure proactive client communication, build strong relationships with clients, and develop leads and new clients through focused marketing efforts. Salary: ₹3 to ₹5 LPA based on experience Key Responsibilities • Generate RFQs from clients, submit quotations, negotiate and secure orders. • Manage projects with internal teams and proactively communicate with the client regarding project status. • Manage projects with internal teams and proactively communicate with the client regarding project status. • Generate new leads through online and offline channels, and pursue the leads to convert them into clients • Profile client businesses to build a deeper understanding of their operations and needs. • Maintain CRM records with updated lead and account information. • Build strong relationships with clients through regular interactions, and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Contribute to company-wide marketing activities and marketing content generation. • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools for lead generation and engagement. • Report data as per Management requirement. Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering field. • Two to five years of experience in sales and marketing in Manufacturing sector, or Plant Operations / Project Manager / PPC in Tool Room, Moulding Shop, Prototyping, or Automotive industries. • Experience in Plastic Prototyping, Injection Mould, and Injection Moulding process preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. • Quick learning ability, attention to detail, and adaptability to technical concepts.
