Sales and Business Development Executive

You will be joining The TeamEx, the team-building vertical of Unified Sports & Events, where we specialize in creating unforgettable experiences for corporates, schools, universities, and even weddings. As an energetic and creative individual, your role will involve connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and pitching customized team-building solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring that every experience we deliver is memorable. Key Responsibilities: - Connect with corporate, educational, and private clients to understand their team-building needs. - Pitch customized experiential programs and secure bookings. - Manage client relationships end-to-end, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events. - Keep track of sales pipelines, targets, and reporting. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in team-building, experiential learning, or events. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Passion for creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional client service. - Proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset.
