Profile Overvie w: We’re hiring for a Sales Ops (Sales Analytics) role to drive visibility, performance insights, and sales strategy at Rocketla ne.You’ll be the go-to person for all things sales data—tracking pipeline health, identifying gaps, running programs, and powering board-ready reporti ng.This role is perfect for someone who loves working with numbers, telling stories through data, and proactively solving problems before they surface. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales leaders, RevOps, and Growth to make sure the revenue engine is running on data, not gut fe el. What You’l l Do Build dashboards and reporting for pipeline, forecast accuracy, conversion metrics, activity tracking, and moreAnalyze trends in deal velocity, win rates, funnel leakage, and rep product ivityRun QBRs and sales performance reviews—own the data behind the storyDeep dive into sales metrics to identify growth levers and areas of fri ctionTrack effectiveness of outbound campaigns, intent programs, and GTM experi mentsCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to define KPIs and track campaig n ROISupport territory and quota planning with historical data and scenario m odelsPackage insights and recommendations into decks for Sales leadership and exec re viewsBuild structured cadences for reviewing data and driving a ctionBe the voice of data in Sales leadership discus sionsPartner with RevOps to maintain CRM hygiene, improve hand-offs, and ensure alignment across sy stems What We’re Looki ng For 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales Ops, Analytics, or GTM OpsProficient in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio), spreadsheets, and CRM re portingSharp analytical thinking—you’re equally strong with SQL as with storytelling throu gh dataStrong attention to detail—you catch the weird decimal before anyone el se doesComfortable working directly with Sales and leadership to surface insights and influence de cisionsHigh ownership and bias for action—you don’t just report numbers, you drive o utcomesBonus: Experience supporting sales planning, forecasting, or m odeling Why join us?
