You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Managing PMO for all three models of client, territory, and internal org - Project Management for clients - Very senior stakeholder management, both internal and end clients - Creating project plans, charters, and steering decks - Tracking objectives, workstreams, milestones, timelines, and dependencies - Leading large transformation and transition programs - Utilizing Project Management tools like MPP - Implementing change management strategies - Handling resourcing and recruitment activities - Providing support to proposal and business development efforts - Contributing to practice, territory, market, and capability development - Conducting data analytics and reporting - Implementing automation processes - Managing contractual lifecycle - Overseeing finance, learning & development, onboarding, compliances, and technology - Coordinating amidst multiple internal departments - Managing vendor relationships - Driving business growth and revenue - People management and performance evaluation - Overseeing firm operations - Establishing process foundation and driving continuous improvements - Handling escalation management - Managing overall general administration for all operational pillars In addition, you are expected to possess excellent communication and written skills, trusted relationship-building abilities, collaboration skills, strategic thinking, leadership mindset, and innovation capabilities. Preferred certifications for this role include PMP and Prince2, while mandatory tools include Excel, PowerPoint, and Macros, with preferred tools being Alteryx and PowerBI. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Conducting reviews and evaluations of banking processes to ensure regulatory adherence - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks - Performing risk assessments and developing action plans to address deficiencies - Staying updated on regulatory changes and industry trends - Providing guidance to senior management on banking processes and regulatory compliance - Working closely with stakeholders and auditors on compliance issues - Developing and delivering training programs on banking regulations and risk management - Supporting policy implementation related to banking operations - Leveraging data analytics and technology tools to enhance audit processes Furthermore, you should have the following interpersonal skills: - Ability to work independently with initiative and judgment - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Establishment and maintenance of effective working relationships - Detail-oriented and comfortable with multitasking - Strong analytical thinking and communication skills Minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Commerce/Economics/MBA/BBA or Chartered Accountant qualification. Advanced certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CAMS would be advantageous. Candidates with 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Big 4 or equivalent, are preferred.,
