Retention Specialist

Role: CRM Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.

• Identify and analyze customer segments and create targeted marketing campaigns.

Data Management:

• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.

• Regularly clean and segment data for effective campaign targeting.

• Use data analysis tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

Campaign Management:

• Design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, SMS, and other CRM initiatives.

• A/B test campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate CRM campaigns with broader marketing efforts.

Customer Engagement:

• Develop and implement customer communication strategies through various channels.

• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

• Create personalized customer experiences by tailoring content and offers.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and report on key CRM metrics, including conversion rates, retention rates, and customer lifetime value.

• Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.

Technology Utilization:

• Proficiently use CRM software and tools to streamline processes and automate tasks.

• Stay updated on CRM trends and technologies to recommend system enhancements.

Compliance and Data Security:
