About the role:

Digital Marketing Leader

retention (CRM)


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own the digital marketing strategy across acquisition and retention.
  • Manage performance marketing channels: Google UAC, Meta, affiliates, influencer, and SEO/ASO.
  • Leverage analytics tools (GA4, Branch, AppsFlyer/Singular) to measure impact and optimize spend.
  • Design and run structured A/B testing frameworks to improve CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Own CRM strategy (MoEngage preferred) to improve retention, personalization, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Creative teams to scale growth.
  • Report on KPIs, insights, and growth experiments to leadership.


Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years

    of proven track record in digital marketing, with a focus on

    app growth

    .
  • Strong background in

    performance marketing & brand building

    (Agency, D2C, or E-Commerce experience preferred).
  • Mastery of paid acquisition channels (Google UAC, Meta, affiliates) and strong working knowledge of attribution/analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably MoEngage) to drive retention.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with a relentless bias for experimentation.
  • High sense of ownership and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Personality traits: obsessive go-getter, creative problem-solver, resilient under pressure.


What will your KRA look like:

  1. Acquire 1 million customers over 1.5 years for all in house brands across categories (Biryani, Pizza, Burgers, Wraps etc) at a predefined CAC on all D2C apps & websites
  2. Plan & manage budgets across all digital touchpoints for Brand Building & Performance campaigns
  3. Meet ROAS goals for Performance campaigns by
  4. Developing an online marketing playbook to maximize RoI and predictable sales
  5. Setup high conversion marketing funnels & campaign structures - ToFu, MoFu, BoFu
  6. Optimize CTR, CPC and website/app conversion
  7. Own & deliver revenue targets for all of Rebels D2C assets
