Position: Retail Operations Manager Location: Patna, Bihar Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day retail operations ensuring smooth workflow between sales, billing, and inventory. Manage accounting and cash flow processes, including sales tracking, expense monitoring, and daily reporting. Handle product barcoding, tagging, and price updates to maintain accuracy across the inventory system. Coordinate with the backend and vendors for stock management, replenishment, and timely procurement. Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with tax/GST requirements. Assist in sales operations by supporting the showroom team during peak hours and driving efficiency. Monitor operational KPIs such as sales-to-inventory ratio, shrinkage control, and expense optimization. Work closely with the Store Manager to implement SOPs, streamline processes, and achieve sales targets. Train staff on basic operational procedures, including handling POS systems, inventory entries, and cash management. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in apparel/ethnic wear industry(Freshers with strong computer knowledge like MS Excel, billing software, barcoding, POS systems, etc. are also encouraged to apply). Strong knowledge of inventory management, barcoding systems, and retail accounting. Familiarity with POS software, GST billing, and retail compliance. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational gaps and optimize efficiency. Team player with the flexibility to assist in sales support when required.
