Our mission is to bring elegance and sophistication to men’s fashion while maintaining superior quality and customer satisfaction. Position: Business Development Manager Location: Patna, Bihar Roles & Responsibilities: Focus purely on driving business and revenue growth for the showroom. Develop and execute strategies to increase customer footfall, conversions, and repeat business. Build strong relationships with clients by offering personalized assistance and premium service. Motivate and guide the business team to deliver consistent high-performance sales. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business targets. Recommend and execute business promotions, customer engagement activities, and special offers. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the retail/apparel industry (ethnic wear experience preferred). Proven ability to achieve and exceed business targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident in dealing with premium clients. Strong skills in customer relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling. Energetic, persuasive, and result-driven personality with leadership qualities. Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skills) Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives directly linked to sales achievements
