Operations Manager – NK Enterprises Location: Patna, Bihar Female candidates only NK Enterprises is looking for a female Operations Manager to help manage daily office and stock operations. The role includes barcoding, inventory updates, HR support, accounts coordination, and vendor follow-ups. You do not have to do showroom cleaning or physical arrangement work. Freshers can also apply if they are willing to learn and take responsibility. Your Responsibilities Help in barcoding and updating new stock in the system. Keep daily track of inventory and prepare simple stock reports. Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for orders and follow-ups. Assist in HR tasks like attendance records, staff files, and salary calculations. Coordinate with accounts team for purchase bills and payment updates. Maintain data in Excel / ERP or company software. Handle courier tracking and order follow-up when needed. Give daily updates to the owner/management.
