Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies for expansion. Coordinate with marketing, sales, and showroom teams for product promotions and campaigns. Ensure sales targets are achieved and maintain performance reports. Conduct market research to analyze competitors and customer preferences. Manage customer service excellence and brand presentation standards. Support brand visibility initiatives across retail and digital platforms. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or fashion apparel preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident and result-driven personality. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.
