Operation Manager

As a Workshop Operation Manager, you will be responsible for leading workshop teams across dismantling, depollution, baling, and other operational units. Your primary focus will be on driving productivity, ensuring safety and compliance, and implementing fair incentive systems to motivate performance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations in multiple workshop departments - Monitor output, quality, and efficiency metrics and implement process improvements - Design and manage incentive structures based on team size, unit value, and performance - Coordinate with HR and finance for accurate tracking of attendance, bonuses, and productivity - Maintain equipment, tools, and safety standards in all workshop areas - Lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve operational goals - Prepare and present operational dashboards and reports to senior management Qualifications: - Proven experience in workshop or industrial operations management - Strong Excel skills for dashboard creation, formula logic, and conditional formatting - Ability to design and implement performance tracking systems - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Preferred Skills: - Experience with incentive-based workforce management - Familiarity with dismantling, depollution, or baling operations - 7-8 years of experience in the same field - Visual presentation of operational data for staff and leadership In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers a competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
