Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple workshop departments
• Monitor output, quality, and efficiency metrics; implement process improvements
• Design and manage incentive structures based on team size, unit value, and performance
• Coordinate with HR and finance to ensure accurate tracking of attendance, bonuses, and productivity
• Maintain equipment, tools, and safety standards across all workshop areas
• Lead, train, and motivate teams to meet operational goals
• Prepare and present operational dashboards and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workshop or industrial operations management
• Strong Excel skills (dashboard creation, formula logic, conditional formatting)
• Ability to design and implement performance tracking systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards

Preferred Skills

• Experience with incentive-based workforce management
• Familiarity with dismantling, depollution, or baling operations
• Visual presentation of operational data for staff and leadership
• Must have 6-7 years of experience on same field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
