About the Role

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth business functioning
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs
• Monitor key operational metrics and prepare regular MIS and performance reports
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, tech, support, vendors) to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements and cost efficiencies
• Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and service delivery standards (as applicable)
• Support automation initiatives and system/process enhancements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong understanding of operations management, process optimization, and execution
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze operational metrics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with dashboards/tools is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations, process management, or similar roles
