Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)Role Purpose Expand revenue and market share by forging strong customer relationships and converting opportunities into long-term business for our electronic-security solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Building – Identify, visit, and nurture prospective and existing banking and corporate clients; maintain a robust pipeline. Solution Selling – Map customer pain-points to our CCTV, fire-alarm, intrusion, and monitoring offerings; craft winning proposals and close deals. Account Growth – Upsell add-on services (AMC, training, health-monitoring, CMS) to maximise wallet share and customer lifetime value. Cross-Functional Coordination – Liaise with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure flawless delivery, quick issue resolution, and high satisfaction. Market Intelligence – Track competitor moves, pricing trends, and tender notices; feed insights into product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. Performance Reporting – Deliver weekly forecasts, monthly KPIs, and win-loss analyses to leadership.
