Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our high-energy bar, pub, and restaurant in Koramangala, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff management, customer acquisition, and revenue growth within Bangalore’s competitive hospitality industry. You will be responsible for enhancing service standards, optimizing staff performance, and driving footfall through innovative strategies while ensuring seamless operations.   Key Responsibilities:   1. Staff Management & Training   - Recruit, train, and supervise service staff (servers, bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff) to ensure high performance.   - Conduct regular training on customer service, upselling, and hospitality best practices.   - Monitor staff productivity, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.   - Schedule shifts efficiently to ensure optimal staffing during peak hours.   2. Customer Experience & Footfall Growth   - Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers (events, promotions, loyalty programs).   - Ensure exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards.   - Handle customer complaints professionally and implement feedback for improvement.   - Collaborate with marketing teams for social media promotions, influencer collaborations, and local partnerships to boost visibility.   3. Operational Excellence   - Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain, and vendor relations.   - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations (FSSAI, excise laws, fire safety).   - Monitor cost control, pricing strategies, and profitability to maximize revenue.   - Conduct regular audits for quality control, hygiene, and service efficiency.   4. Sales & Revenue Optimization   - Analyze sales trends and implement upselling techniques (beverage programs, special menus).   - Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to curate high-margin offerings.   - Develop happy hours, themed nights, and weekend specials to drive traffic.   Required Skills & Qualifications:   - 2+ years of operations management experience in bars, pubs, or restaurants (Koramangala/Bangalore experience preferred).   - Strong understanding of Bangalore’s nightlife & dining trends.   - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.   - Proven track record in increasing footfall and revenue through innovative strategies.   - Knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, and restaurant management tools.   - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.   Preferred Qualifications:   - Existing network with local suppliers, influencers, and event organizers in Bangalore.   - Experience in launching or scaling F&B outlets in competitive markets.   Why Join Us?   - Opportunity to lead a premium bar/pub/restaurant in Koramangala’s vibrant scene.   - Competitive salary + performance incentives.   - Dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.   If you have a passion for hospitality, a knack for bringing in crowds, and experience managing high-energy venues, we’d love to hear from you!
